Services

At Kids With Purpose, Inc., We bring art programs to schools that no longer have the funding to provide the arts to their students.

Our instructors teach the kids all forms of art, including, dance, music, drama, fine art, and creative writing.

We work in partnership with the schools and parents to provide a fun and educational experience for all of our kids.

With all of our programs the children are given the opportunity to demonstrate their talents during a performance at the end of the school year.

Our fun and lively program opens up the minds and hearts of our children, allowing them the freedom to find their inner artist without judgment or criticism.

Dance

Our dance program operates under the belief that when we teach a child to dance, we teach him about his body and about space. Our dance program is not competitive or exclusive; any child that shows the desire to learn is welcome and encouraged. Our dance instructors are chosen because of their experience working with children and their desire to make a difference. All of our instructors are trained in many forms of dance and dance instruction.

Music

Currently our music program is restricted to voice and simple instrumental training. Our musicians are well trained and have experience working with children of all ages. Our goal at Kids With Purpose is to eventually provide ongoing music programs that include instrumental training to children that show an aptitude for music but who’s parents are unable to provide the instruments or lessons for them due to financial difficulty.

Drama

Our drama program involves all of the elements of a stage production. We have play writes, make-up artists, stage designers and drama instructors on staff to provide the children with the opportunity to participate in every aspect of a stage production. There is something for every child in our drama program….you don’t have to love being in front of an audience to be a part of our productions!

Fine Art

Our fine art program provides children the opportunity to express themselves through all of the different forms of fine art. Our goal is to encourage kids to understand and appreciate art by educating them about the great artists of the world and then letting them loose to express themselves with whatever artistic medium inspires them. This program is a fun, silly and enlightening experience for any child that chooses to participate.
